This instructor-led virtual course is the final step in obtaining your official certificate. Building on your Cornell University Segment 1 prerequisite.

Our expert instructors will guide you through a comprehensive review of hazard analysis principles and provide hands-on assistance in developing a Seafood HACCP Plan.

By completing this session, you will fulfill the "trained individual" requirements mandated by the U.S. FDA (21 CFR Part 123.10), ensuring your facility remains compliant and your products stay safe for the marketplace.

Technical and Attendance Requirements

Hardware: A working camera and microphone are mandatory.

Workspace: A dual-monitor setup is highly recommended so you can view the instructor/presentation on one screen and your manual or activity sheets on the other.
Attendance: You must be present for 100% of the course. This is a strict requirement of the Seafood HACCP Alliance.
